If you are passionate about the human side of organizations and wish to grow alongside a dynamic company, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Attendance, tardiness, and absence tracking and reporting for accurate payroll processing * Support in calculating and monitoring sales staff commissions * Monitoring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations * Employee support: resolving questions, concerns, and interpersonal conflicts * Organizational climate management and promotion of a healthy, collaborative work environment * Communication and coordination between management and operational teams * Confidential safeguarding and handling of personnel files and information * Implementation and follow-up of disciplinary procedures as required * Occasional support in recruitment and selection processes **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (in progress or completed) * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles * High emotional intelligence and mediation skills * Discreet, organized, and judicious individual capable of acting at the right moment * Ability to handle confidential information with absolute responsibility * Empathetic, assertive, and human-centered Do you identify with this profile?
