Job Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree (professional license and diploma mandatory) * Excellent personal presentation * Strong clinical skills * Experience in mobile dental units (preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in clinics) * Service-oriented attitude, empathetic, proactive, articulate, honest, team player, respectful, ethical * Excellent patient interaction skills * Must reside within a 45-minute commute of the clinic Responsibilities: * Accurate completion of patient clinical records * Perform diagnosis, develop ethical treatment plans, and provide cost estimates aligned with each patient’s needs * Carry out dental operative and preventive treatments; assess patient cases and refer to specialists as appropriate based on your competencies * Income tracking via database * Adhere to hygiene standards (sterilization, disinfection, protective barriers, proper storage of infectious biological waste) and Fundación Mil Sonrisas patient care protocols * Comply with health authority guidelines and protocols We Offer: * Guaranteed monthly salary of $9,770.00 MXN plus commission-based earnings for treatments performed * Commissions for referrals to specialists * Excellent uncapped commission structure plus bonuses for meeting targets and attendance * Schedule: Afternoon shift, 8 hours daily, Monday through Sunday, with one fixed weekday day off (13:00–21:00) * Biweekly punctuality and attendance bonus * Biweekly sanitary verification bonus * Performance-based commission accelerators (biweekly) * Career growth plan * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Savings fund * Uniforms * Vacation days * Excellent facilities * Outstanding work environment * Direct employment contract with the company * Opportunity for internal growth and development * Immediate hiring * Option for indefinite-term contract * Dental treatment discounts for you and your immediate family Build your success story with us!
