




**Job Objective:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to operations and executives, ensuring efficient control of documentation, payments, services, and supplier relations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receiving suppliers. * Valid driver’s license required. * Managing billing for various services. * Receiving and handling company and executive documentation (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.). * Supporting executives with administrative tasks (invoices, payments, personal errands). * Managing and tracking service payments (telephone, internet, cleaning, security, etc.). * Scheduling maintenance services. * Requesting supplies (paper, soap, napkins, sugar, stationery, etc.). · Receiving, verifying, and organizing supplies. · Inventory management. · Administrative support related to the department. Requirements: * Education: Administrative studies (graduated or intern) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience using various invoicing portals Salary: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month, plus $3,000.00 in food vouchers and a mobile phone device Work Location: On-site employment; preference given to candidates residing nearby.
