Job Summary: Operational management of the service area, coordination of stylist and manicurist staff, and resolution of customer issues to ensure satisfaction and maintain high hygiene standards. Resolution of complaints to ensure customer satisfaction Main Responsibilities * **Operational Supervision:** Manage customer flow, appointments, and overall smooth operation of the service area. * **Staff Management:** Coordinate shifts, schedules, and lead the team of stylists, manicurists, and assistants. * **Customer Service:** Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, or conflicts to ensure satisfaction. * **Hygiene and Safety:** Supervise strict adherence to cleaning and disinfection standards at each workstation.
