




**EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ASSISTANT** Profile: Minimum education: Technical degree in administration, executive secretarial studies, or related fields (preferred). Minimum prior experience of 1–2 years in similar positions, preferably in the education sector. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in English is desirable, especially for verbal and written communication. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Highly reliable, discreet, and responsible when handling sensitive information. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage the director’s schedule, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and institutional events. Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the director. Organize and archive relevant administrative and academic documentation. Maintain confidentiality of all information handled within the institution.
