Adhere to scheduled working hours as defined in the role, as well as scheduled meetings with supervisors and training sessions according to the annual training program. 6. Know the schedule of the Laboratory’s Sanitary Responsible Officer. 7. Perform sample collection according to the Sample Collection Manual. 8. Complete responsibility forms and consent documents where applicable. 9. Receive and verify the condition of samples; correctly identify and classify them. 10. Report and track requests for new sample collections. 11. Process samples and comply with all requirements defined in regulations, manuals, procedures, work instructions, and AMC’s QMS inserts. 12. Verify and validate results. 13. Interpret test results without reaching a diagnosis. 14. Deliver results in legible printed format and within established timeframes. 15. Complete the results delivery log when no ticket is issued or when delivered to family members, where applicable. 16. Enter manual test results using a previously assigned personal and confidential access key. 17. Properly use and care for all materials, equipment, and measuring instruments; report any anomalies to the supervisor. 18. Perform preventive maintenance, quality controls, and equipment calibrations. 19. Conduct quality controls according to the Internal Quality Control Manual. 20. Participate in internal and external quality control programs. 21. Comply with Mexican Official Standards applicable to laboratory operations, particularly NOM-007-SSA3-2011 and NOM-087-ECOL-SSA1-2002. 22. Engage with Quality Management System documentation, completing and controlling records assigned to the role. 23. Review documentation when necessary. 24. Monitor, control, and record environmental conditions as required by the Laboratory Supervisor. 25. Know and properly handle materials according to Safety Data Sheets, Master List of Hazardous Materials, and Risk Assessments. 26. Record reagent consumption; verify expiration dates during each shift handover and before use. 27. Report rejected controls, reagents, and materials to the Laboratory Supervisor and Purchasing-Warehouse Supervisor. 28. Segregate non-conforming products in designated areas and inform the Laboratory Supervisor. 29. Perform proper disposal of biohazardous waste (RPBI). 30. Comply with reporting of critical results via telephone. 31. Where applicable, comply with recording of customer property. 32. In case a transmissible disease test yields a positive result, notify the Laboratory Supervisor. 33. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. 34. Attend training sessions under the annual training program. 35. Submit attendance records to the Training Department, or provide diplomas, certificates, or attendance confirmations for externally provided courses. 36. Evaluate received training. 37. Report any type of failure or malfunction to the Laboratory Supervisor and/or corresponding equipment maintenance personnel and/or work area.
