




We are looking for an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** who ensures the management, control, and timely payment of the company's general services, guaranteeing on-time compliance. **Required Profile:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, International Relations, or related field (incomplete studies accepted). * Experience: 3+ years managing general services in companies or as a secretary at management level. * Attention to and resolution of daily operational issues within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive branch management: contracting, payments, and supervision of internal and external services (Telmex, CFE, water, gas, etc.), courier shipments, petty cash management, supplies purchasing, coordination of corporate office cafeteria and cleaning services, booking bus and plane tickets, and hotel reservations for staff. * Disbursement responsibility: manage and administer electronic wallet funds for nationwide fuel payments, as well as toll expenses; prepare weekly reports detailing consumption per electronic wallet. * Asset management: track company assets (cell phones, laptops, stationery, supplies, etc.) and generate monthly asset reports. * Vehicle fleet control: prepare detailed reports on all company vehicles including insurance policies, inspections, registrations, maintenance records, fines, assigned drivers, locations, etc., in coordination with the unit maintenance department. **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of Mexico City systems (LLAVE, property tax, CFE, water, etc.) * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (required). **Offer:** * Salary: **$**16,300.00 gross pesos per month * Biweekly pay * Work location: Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,300.00 per month Application questions: * Indicate your estimated commute time to the work area * Confirm your monthly salary expectations Work location: On-site job
