





We are a leading Mexican company in the manufacturing of metal furniture with more than 20 years of experience in the market. **We are looking for: TALENT ATTRACTION AND TRAINING MANAGER** **Position objective:** Ensure talent attraction, selection, and development through effective recruitment processes and training programs that strengthen employee competencies, contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives and a positive work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure effective hiring for vacant positions within the company * Manage various recruitment sources * Conduct competency-based interviews * Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees * Identify training needs * Organize training courses and workshops for staff * Design and implement training programs * Knowledge of STPS training requirements * Proficiency in the SIRCE system * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS regulations * Manage HR performance indicators **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience * Solid knowledge of Human Resources processes **Skills and Competencies:** * Effective communication * Leadership and strong verbal skills * Results-oriented and teamwork * Confidentiality and ethics **LOCATION: TRES MARIAS, HUITZILAC** WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM AND SATURDAY 8:00 AM TO 3:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
