Analyze nonconformities and follow up on action plans **High-Quality Abrasive Products S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Quality Coordinator in Los Olivos \- Tláhuac, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are manufacturers of abrasive parts with high quality and performance, tailored to our customers' specific needs. We produce for high-volume sales and ensure safe use of our products, as well as provide related training. We are looking for: ***Quality Coordinator*** **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and disseminate quality procedures, work instructions, and forms. * Monitor quality-related performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports. * Analyze nonconformities, identify root causes, and follow up on action plans. * Validate product inspections and tests at all process stages. * Coordinate calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment. * Manage document control for the quality management system. * Supervise proper implementation of quality standards on the shop floor. * Support internal audits and certification bodies. * Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Lean Manufacturing production processes * Statistical tools * Quality standards * 5S methodology, FMEA, SPC, PPAP * Measuring instruments **Competencies:** * Leadership * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Results orientation * Sense of urgency **Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Administration or related degree. * **Experience:** 4 years in quality control within manufacturing. * Must reside no more than one hour away from the workplace. * **Employment stability.** **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits**: Statutory benefits plus additional ones (savings fund, monthly grocery vouchers, life insurance, support in case of death of first-degree family members, annual bonus, etc.) **Work Location:** Tláhuac, CDMX **Salary:** $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 gross per month **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * Organization * Sense of urgency * Leadership *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69f91cdd3d0000300032aaf0\&source\=indeed*
