Required Experience and Education * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance Technician. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance. Main Responsibilities **GENERAL OPERATIONS** * Coordinate and manage human and material resources for preventive maintenance activities according to the schedule. * Guide and advise the team in diagnosing mechanical defects in equipment. * Promote, by example, the proper use of personal protective equipment during work activities. * Supervise appropriate handling of corrective maintenance issues. * Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and the 5S program. **POSITION-SPECIFIC OPERATIONS** * Supervise mechanic diagnoses after analysis, confirming data for timely maintenance actions. * Monitor the status and operation of each equipment station. * Manage preventive maintenance of equipment in accordance with the established maintenance schedule. * Close corrective and preventive work orders in EMPA. * Develop and follow up, in coordination with the Maintenance Manager, projects aimed at improving productivity and resource savings. * Maintain close communication regarding any incidents and related administrative tasks. * Supervise that floor machinery is operating under optimal conditions. * Verify that subordinates perform their tasks with quality. * Train mechanics to apply accurate knowledge.
