Job Summary: Supervises and performs preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, identifying and resolving technical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum 6 years of experience with diesel and gasoline engines. 3. Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. **Hiring: Machinery Manager** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related degree * Knowledge of general mechanics * Preferably with experience in the construction industry, including small equipment and agricultural tractors * Experience: Minimum 6 years with diesel and gasoline engines * **Mandatory: personal vehicle**, availability for travel within the State of Mexico, Puebla, and Morelos as scheduled **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery (vibratory compactors, tampers, generators, agricultural tractors, etc.) * Identify and resolve technical issues in equipment. * Assess and request spare parts and supplies required for equipment-related tasks. * Maintain inventory and stock of spare parts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Enkontrol experience preferred. * Accustomed to working under pressure and toward defined objectives. **WE OFFER:** \*Base salary ($18,000\) \*Statutory benefits.
