Job Summary: Injectable Filling Operator responsible for operating vial and syringe filling machinery, following manufacturing instructions and current regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate vial and syringe filling machinery. 2. Perform cleaning and sanitization of aseptic areas and equipment. 3. Experience in sterile vial filling and aseptic areas. We are seeking your talent as: **INJECTABLE FILLING OPERATOR** Objective: Operate vial filling and syringe filling machinery in accordance with the current manufacturing instruction and applicable regulatory requirements. Requirements: Education: High school diploma with **VERIFIABLE CERTIFICATE** Experience: Minimum 2 years as a filling operator. Experience in sterile vial filling. * Enter aseptic areas by performing hand-washing technique, sterile gowning technique, and appropriate behavior for personnel within sterile areas. * Notify area supervisor immediately if suffering from any illness or wound affecting health. * Perform cleaning and sanitization of areas and equipment per the current PNO (Standard Operating Procedure). * Wash, zone, and prepare materials used in the aseptic filling process. * Wash and sanitize various components of the vial filler. * Assemble 500-liter storage tanks. * Assemble the vial filler configuration, including dosing pumps, hoses, needles, and check valves. * Perform humidification and integrity testing. Filtration of injectable solutions. * Adjust vial opening, fill volume, vial height, oxygen gas mixture, and sealing of filled vials. * Introduce sterile vials into filling areas, and perform material loading/unloading via autoclave and material transfer.
