Talent Profile: * Required Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree (verifiable). * Valid driver's license for automobile operation. * Essential recent experience of 3 to 5 years as a retail sales supervisor for fast-moving consumer goods (in traditional channels, convenience stores and street vending) within business sectors such as bottled water/jugs, soft drinks, beer, dairy products, sausages, candies or confectionery, bakeries, snacks, etc. * Experience managing unionized personnel such as Driver-Salesmen / Delivery Personnel / Pre-Sales Staff. * Ability to lead large work teams (30 people). * Managing an average of 14 to 18 retail sales routes. * Accustomed to meeting sales performance indicators. * Technical Knowledge: Expertise in retail sales of fast-moving consumer goods, trend analysis (sales), statistics. * Experience with tools and systems: Intermediate-level Excel skills for sales reports and Office suite. * Skills and knowledge: Experience in managing retail sales staff (Driver-Salesmen or Pre-Sales), leadership, KPI management (performance metrics), administrative skills. * Position specifications: Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 6:30 am until end of distribution center operations.
