Due to growth and development, we invite you to join this outstanding team as: **Logistics Supervisor** Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics positions * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in logistics/administrative fields (OPERATIONS PREFERENCE) WE OFFER: * VARIABLE SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS, UP TO $17,000.00 MONTHLY NET PLUS BONUSES OF UP TO $5,000 MONTHLY * Savings Fund * Seniority Bonus * Full Vacation Bonus (100%) Responsibilities: * Coordination sessions with HUB and C4 teams for operational handover (route status—active or scheduled, pending items, incidents, estimated arrival times, scheduling of personnel and vehicles for route coverage). * Receipt and management of per diems. * Security contact with personnel. * Reconciliation of per diems. * Distribution of weapons, ammunition, magazines, ballistic vests, mobile phones, TAG-IAVE devices, fuel cards, new per diems, petty cash funds, mobile GPS units, and blank uniforms for new services. * Jointly conduct vehicle inspection checklists with driver-guards using the Pulpomatic tool. * For new hires, accompany them to initial service locations to explain and brief on service-specific instructions and protocols. * Complete Excel records with vehicle license plates, appointment schedules, positioning data, departure times, and all details related to the protected vehicle. * Collaborate with Monitoring to follow up via calls to co-pilots and verify operational status. * Authorization of fuel refills. * Use of petty cash fund when required due to incidents. * In case of accidents, follow C4 protocols; if severe, physically attend to the accident scene. * Inventory of weapons physically present at the base. * Scanning and archiving of uniforms, uploaded to Google Drive or email and securely stored. * Ensure proper vehicle positioning in FH Logistic and Grupo Control systems, as well as timely or early positioning along assigned routes. * Continue client follow-up. * Share per diem documentation for invoicing purposes. * Share vehicle inspection checklists. * Maintain attendance lists and SISTGO attendance via QR + Facial Recognition.
