Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Credit Manager to lead a team of credit executives, overseeing loan disbursement and collections, and managing portfolios. Manage customer portfolios and mitigate credit risks. ¡Crédito SI is looking for a Credit Manager! We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional with solid experience in group lending. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of credit executives, ensuring achievement of sales and collection targets. Requirements: * Proven experience in cambaceo (microloan) sales and door-to-door collections. * Extensive experience in group loan disbursement. * Ability to efficiently manage and oversee portfolios exceeding 8 million MXN. * Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of motivating and directing a team of credit executives. * Excellent assertive communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work autonomously and self-manage, making efficient and effective decisions. * Resilience and ability to handle portfolio attrition. Responsibilities: * Supervise and direct the credit executives’ team to ensure proper loan disbursement and collections. * Develop and implement sales and collection strategies, ensuring achievement of established targets. * Manage and maintain customer portfolios, guaranteeing growth and retention. * Identify potential credit risks and take preventive measures to mitigate them. * Report and analyze performance results, proposing corrective and improvement actions as needed. * Maintain continuous communication and coordination with other company departments.
