As the travel operator “Pasión x Viajes” continues expanding, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as: Tourism Sales Executive – Travel Agency. Position Objective: Provide personalized client advisory services for the sale of tourism services (packages, flights, accommodation, and experiences), ensuring achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. Salary: $9,500 base + commissions (up to $25,000) paid biweekly. We offer: Statutory benefits + career growth. Main Responsibilities: • Attend to and advise clients in person, by phone, and digitally. • Quote and sell domestic and international tourism packages. • Design customized travel experiences (personalized itineraries). • Follow up with prospects until sale closure. • Manage reservations (hotels, flights, transfers, tours). • Meet biweekly sales targets. • Maintain updated customer database (CRM). • Resolve inquiries, modifications, or incidents before, during, and after travel. • Stay updated on destinations, promotions, and trends. Requirements: • Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (Tourism, Administration, Business, or related field). • Experience: 1–3 years in sales (preferably in tourism, travel agencies, or service industries). • Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Office, reservation platforms). • Basic knowledge of tourist destinations and geography.
