Creativity and initiative for new proposals WE ARE SEEKING A SUPERVISORY CHEF * Age: 25 to 50 years old * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum Education: Secondary school * Must reside near the area * 1.5 years of experience in this position or similar JOB OFFERING: * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits (Social security, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, and uniform) * Free dining hall service. WORK SCHEDULE: * 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with rotating days off LOCATION: * Atlacomulco Industrial Zone RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare, season, and cook various dishes in large quantities * Supervise and coordinate kitchen assistants and general staff * Oversee production * Knowledge of the H Distinction and hygiene and quality standards * Supervise quality standards * Develop menus * Control waste * Creativity and initiative for new proposals * Record temperatures, times, and sanitary controls * Report equipment malfunctions or needs Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dining hall service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
