This position is critical to ensuring the proper operation of the store, leading the workforce, and guaranteeing an exceptional experience for our customers. As Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as the **direct liaison between Management and the operational team**, actively participating in the supervision of daily operations, inventory control, cost management, and staff development.
