What do I need? (REQUIREMENTS) \* Education: Completed high school diploma or recent graduates in Tourism or related fields \* Flexible availability \* Service-oriented attitude \* Experience in similar positions (SALES AND/OR FRONT OFFICE) \* Recent Tourism graduates with hotel internships are welcome Responsibilities: \* Development and maintenance of customer relationships: Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. \* Identification of new business opportunities: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and generate new revenue streams. \* Negotiation and closing of agreements: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and effectively close sales agreements. \* Management of the sales process: Organize and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—ensuring appropriate follow-up. \* Preparation of reports and analysis: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and communicate progress to management. \* Attendance at events and trade fairs: Represent the company at industry events, generate leads, and build professional networks. \* Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction. \* Achievement of targets: Strive to meet and exceed the company’s established sales goals.
