Effective resolution of operational and personnel issues **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Restaurant Coordinator** ------------------------------- We are looking for a **General Manager** with strong leadership and a results-oriented approach, responsible for the comprehensive operation of our **3 branches**, ensuring goal achievement, operational excellence, and quality service. ### **What will be your responsibilities?** * Supervise and ensure the **daily opening, closing, and operation** of sales points. * Ensure **full menu availability** for sale. * Manage, lead, and monitor activities of **more than 20 staff members**. * Control and track the **execution of tasks, processes, and objectives**. * Full focus on achieving **sales targets**. * Operate the **Food-Pot operational and billing system**. * Provide **general service and customer support**. * Supervise the **maintenance of facilities, utensils, and physical equipment**. * Make strategic decisions oriented toward **business flow and growth**. * Review **operational and personnel logs**. * Maintain constant communication with **management and executive leadership**. * Effectively resolve **operational and personnel issues**. * Comply with **food hygiene and handling regulations (NOM-251)**. ### **What are we looking for in you?** * Proven experience as a **General Manager, Store Manager, or Supervisor**. * Ability to lead teams of **20 or more people**. * Solid knowledge of **food and beverages**. * Familiarity with the **Federal Labor Law**. * Leadership, organizational skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation. * Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. ### **What do we offer?** * **Fixed salary: $20,000.00 net monthly** * **Sales performance bonus:** + **$1,000 per branch** that meets its target (**3 branches**) + **2% on sales exceeding the overall target (excluding VAT)** + **No commission cap** * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Professional growth opportunities **Apply now and become part of a growing team**
