




Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the administrative and operational activities of our branch, ensuring profitability and efficient management of large teams. Professional development and growth in the restaurant industry Grupo Califa, a leader in the restaurant industry, is currently seeking personnel to join us as ASSISTANT MANAGER at some of our units in CDMX/EDO DE MEX. Position Objective: To lead the branch’s administrative and operational activities, ensuring profitability through cost control and efficient management of large teams. Requirements Experience: Minimum 4 years in the restaurant industry (mandatory stability of +5 years in previous verifiable employment). Talent Management: Ability to manage large staffs (80+ people). Availability: Full schedule flexibility, including night shifts and double shifts. Rotational training across our branches for a period of 3 months to gain familiarity with various operational areas of the branch. Technical Competencies Finance and Control: Advanced handling of KPIs, budgets, costs, and invoicing. Operations: Inventory management, ordering, and direct interaction with suppliers. Administrative: Reporting results and achieving sales targets. Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. Economic Offer Base Salary: $16,500 monthly net. Mixed compensation scheme, biweekly payment.
