Enhance customer experience and contribute to growth We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Parrillada Sta Regina to support the restaurant’s overall operations by supervising and leading staff to ensure the branch operates smoothly on a daily basis. Responsibilities include organizing and managing team schedules, reviewing and administering inventory, implementing measures to reduce shrinkage, participating in staff training and recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role requires executing and monitoring operational and administrative processes at the branch, ensuring achievement of operational and sales KPIs (average ticket, shrinkage, productivity, and staff turnover), driving strategies to increase average ticket, optimizing resources, resolving operational and administrative issues, and strengthening customer experience to support restaurant growth and profitability. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
