The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe service aligned with operational and budgetary objectives. **Responsibilities** Supervise daily operations of the industrial cafeteria. Control and analyze costs, inventories and waste. Manage and supervise operational staff (roles, shifts, performance). Receive, inspect and control raw materials and goods. Comply with food safety regulations (NOM\-251\). Prepare consumption and production reports. Analyze purchases and optimize supplier services. Ensure food quality, portioning and presentation. Apply good hygiene and food safety practices. Requirements Proven experience in industrial cafeterias. Solid knowledge of costing, inventories and operational control. Experience managing work teams. Knowledge and application of NOM\-251\. Analytical, organizational and leadership skills. Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. We Offer Monthly salary of $20,000 MXN.
