Job Objective** To consistently and orderly prepare bases, side dishes, and other preparations necessary for the taqueria’s proper operation, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and service continuity. **5. Main Responsibilities** * Prepare standard side dishes such as sauces, beans, and potatoes. * Prepare soups. * Prepare fried plantains and stuffed chiles. * Prepare bases for casseroles and other menu items. * Operate stoves and deep fryers. * Assist in plating dishes when required by service demands. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area. * Monitor supplies and refrigerators. * Prepare natural fruit waters (fruit washing, disinfection, pulp extraction, base preparation, and bottling). * Portion meats and cheeses together with assistant staff. **6. Requirements** * Prior kitchen experience (preferably in taquerias or traditional Mexican cuisine) * Education: Completed secondary school (high school preferred) * Basic knowledge of hygienic food handling * Ability to work in confined spaces * Ability to work as part of a team * Ability to work under pressure * Orderliness, cleanliness, and responsibility * Availability for operational work shifts **7.
