The candidate for this position must possess knowledge of gastronomy and culinary techniques, hygiene standards, responsibility, character, proactivity, positive handling of feedback, strong organizational skills, professional appearance, personal hygiene, and the ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Sisao Hotel-Café is a design hotel located in the heart of Cuernavaca city, facing Melchor Ocampo Park (Gualupita neighborhood), and its outdoor restaurant has the potential to become an iconic landmark in the city.
