Opportunity to interact with customers and manage transactions **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for the collection and disbursement of funds related to casino operations and customer service. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work rotating shifts * Proximity to the workplace * Completed high school education **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** Cash handling, Cash drawer control, Counterfeit currency detection, Customer service and support. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Exchange cash and chips; sell credit. 2\. Pay out winnings to slot machine and table game customers. 3\. Perform activations, replenishments, exchanges, and refunds of cash and chips. 4\. Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift. 5\. Explain and promote current products and promotions to customers.
