Train staff on quality-related topics and best practices. **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with the company’s established quality standards, processes, and guidelines at branches, in order to guarantee efficient, safe, and satisfactory service for our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and evaluate operational processes at branches. * Verify compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards. * Conduct internal audits and periodic visits to branches. * Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions. * Follow up on corrective and preventive action plans. * Train staff on quality-related topics and best practices. * Prepare reports on results and indicator compliance. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (Administration, Engineering, Quality, or related field). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (quality, auditing, supervision). * Knowledge of operational processes and quality standards. * Willingness to travel between branches. * Strong communication, analytical, and follow-up skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
