Promote the team's technical specialization. **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced **Automotive Workshop Manager**, with leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset, responsible for ensuring repair quality, optimizing service times, and providing technical support to the team. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Administration, Electromechanics, or related field * Experience: 3–5 years in a similar position * Proficiency in PC, Office, and Excel * Experience with tools **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure repairs are performed correctly the first time, meeting high-quality standards * Provide technical support to mechanics in diagnostics and repairs * Guarantee optimal delivery times * Advise the service department on pre\-diagnostics * Supervise the use and control of tools and equipment * Verify proper application and management of warranties * Promote the team’s technical specialization by automotive systems * Follow up on communications with technical support * Address customer inquiries and provide follow-up * Manage critical alerts and special cases **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Professional development opportunities Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
