




A prominent tequila company is seeking talent to join its warehouse team as a **Warehouse Quality Technician**, with the following profile: **Role and Responsibilities** Objective: Receive, track, safeguard, and issue rulings on returns; verify shipments; and continuously verify BPA and BPD. **Responsibilities:** * Manage receipt, verification, and tracking of returns, expired or rejected products. * Safeguard, identify, and properly assess products in the system. * Conduct functionality tests to ensure proper operation of new product developments. * Track reconditioning processes, product releases, and product complaints. * Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and support the definition of action plans. * Supervise shipments, products nearing expiration, and monthly warehouse inspections. * Document all activities in systems, logs, and reports according to procedures. * Report out-of-specification results and detected non-conformities to the immediate supervisor. * Block or unblock approved materials per requirements from involved departments. * Maintain effective communication with other departments for support and activity coordination. * Support internal and external audits and participate in continuous improvement of the area. **DESIRABLE SKILLS:** **Knowledge:** * Quality Assurance, * Descriptive Statistics, * Quality Tools, * Storage and Distribution, * Statistical Process Control, * Quality Tools, * Current Regulations, * Quality Management System (CAPA, deviations, complaints) **Experience:** At least 1 year in the food industry Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,956.48 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Discounts and preferential pricing * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
