**WAREHOUSE MANAGER** **Job Objective:** Receive and inspect materials, equipment, and supplies entering the warehouse. Prepare delivery orders for equipment and materials; deliver requested merchandise to technical staff from the warehouse. Track equipment and/or material outgoing movements from the warehouse by recording them in orders and/or Excel programs. Collect equipment or materials from suppliers. **Responsibilities:** · Conduct warehouse inventories; prepare work schedules and plans using Excel and Office software. · Control receipt and picking of merchandise; capture information. · Record incoming and outgoing movements of materials, consumables, and fixed assets. · Submit stock material requisitions. · Conduct and maintain inventory control. · Assist in preparing vouchers, labels, and tags for identifying materials, equipment, tools, and other company-owned assets. · Propose improvements for structuring the warehouse department. · Capture incoming and outgoing movements. · Receive and deliver merchandise. · Monitor order fulfillment. · Collect equipment from various suppliers. · Deliver physical invoices to customers. · Organize and maintain orderly storage of materials in the warehouse. **Skills:** · Ability to interact with the environment and adapt to change. · Maintain equipment and workplace order, reporting any anomalies. · Classify and organize materials in the warehouse to ensure rapid location. · Track outgoing merchandise. · Store and safeguard existing merchandise in the warehouse. · Results-oriented, proactive, responsible, leadership skills. **Education:** High school diploma and/or technical degree focused on electronics, electricity, mechatronics, etc. **Experience:** 1 year in similar positions (preferred but not required). Preferably knowledge of or ability to identify fire protection systems equipment, galvanized pipes, plumbing, CCTV, electronic security equipment. **Requirements:** Valid driver’s license.
