We are National Distributors of the best brands in the market and currently leading distributors in the cleaning sector in Puebla and Villahermosa. **WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR** Requirements: * 30 years of age or older * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Relations, Administration, or related field * 3 years of experience as supervisor, coordinator, or warehouse manager * Operational warehouse experience (80% operational work, 20% administrative work) Responsibilities: * Direct supervision of operational activities * Review product arrivals to ensure proper placement within the warehouse * Use of FIFO method to guarantee appropriate product rotation * Assignment and supervision of order picking * Supervise that outgoing goods are accurate and comply with transfer orders, invoices, etc. * Inventory control and tracking * Assignment and supervision of responsibility areas to the work team * Supervise and report product shortages * Supervise warehouse organization and cleanliness * Supervise and coordinate the work team for conducting cyclic inventories within the warehouse * Ensure personnel under supervision comply with safety measures inside the warehouse Knowledge: * Personnel management and administration * KPIs * FIFO * Handling of more than 2,000 SKUs * Inventory management * Product entry into system * ERP system handling Competencies: * Leadership * Decision-making * Conflict resolution * Results-oriented mindset * Dynamism * Initiative Work Location and Schedule: * Camino Real to San Andrés Cholula * Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Interested candidates must apply through this channel with an updated CV Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
