**Warehouse Assistant** **Main Responsibilities:** * Compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards established in the warehouse * Maintain the warehouse in perfect order and cleanliness. * Removal of empty containers from production areas and separation according to hazardous and non-hazardous classification * Delivery of empty containers to the waste collection service provider * Assist in unloading raw materials using forklifts * Help verify material name, weight, and label identification * Properly handle, control, and locate raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) containing allergens in the warehouse * Support preparation of RM to supply production areas * Locate RM and PM in the warehouse and record their location in AS400 * Support segregation and identification of RM and PM approaching expiration * Support execution of cycle counts * Operate and maintain forklifts * Support sampling of RM and PM requested by application laboratories * Comply with the quality and food safety management system. Report system anomalies to immediate supervisor. * Implement improvements in work methods or tools that result in time or cost savings.
