Specialized in package delivery seeks WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR ***Job Objective*** Responsible for comprehensive branch management, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory control, staff supervision, and proper resource administration. * **Operational Management** Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations. Ensure timely and appropriate arrival of materials and personnel. Implement and optimize logistical processes to improve efficiency. Inventory Control Monitor and manage branch inventory. Conduct periodic audits to ensure record accuracy. Implement control systems to minimize losses and errors. * **Personnel Management** Select, train, and develop the workforce. Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Evaluate staff performance and manage improvement actions. * **Vehicle and Equipment Care** Supervise maintenance and proper use of vehicles and equipment. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * **Administrative Functions** Prepare management reports and periodic reports to senior management. Control operational expenses and identify cost-improvement opportunities. Promote continuous training and professional development of the team. ***REQUIREMENTS*** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions within the logistics sector. * **Skills:** Leadership and decision-making ability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
