We want you to feel a sense of belonging and to feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring. **At RES, we are seeking Wind Maintenance Technician(s) for a wind farm located in Charcas, San Luis Potosí, Mexico.** **Main Responsibilities:** * \-Support and perform corrective maintenance; responsible for monitoring and anticipating turbine failures by analyzing available operational data from the wind farm. * \-Understand the nature of failures and repair them as quickly as possible, depending on the complexity of each task. * \-\-Assess occupational safety and health risks and other risks to the management system within their area of responsibility. * \-Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to comply with the plan communicated by their supervisor and meet established deadlines. * \-Report documentation and work performed; must inform the team leader and/or supervisor for subsequent control and follow-up of tasks. * \-Complete checklists for each task performed. * \-Prepare, analyze, and submit reports to their immediate supervisor. * \-Submit work reports via the internal platform. * \-Align multipliers and generators. * \-Manage the warehouse and report used tools to their supervisor for accurate recordkeeping. * \-Collaborate with operation and maintenance of projects across different regions when required. **Requirements:** \-Technical or higher-level education in Electricity and/or Electromechanics. \-GWO certification. \-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance. \-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in O&M at wind farms. \-Valid driver’s license. \-Willingness and ability to travel.
