Printing distributor seeks: **Service and Repair Technician (Multifunctional Devices).** We are seeking technicians for printing equipment in the **Manzanillo, Colima** region, with experience in various brands of multifunctional devices and photocopiers, as well as knowledge of network connectivity. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in technical support for printers and multifunctional devices. * Higher-level certification / Technical degree in computer systems, electronics, or related field. * Courses or certifications (Optional). * Extensive knowledge of repairs for printers and multifunctional devices from the following brands: Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh. * Availability to work flexible hours and travel. * Experience using and handling generic consumables. **Responsibilities:** * On-site or field resolution of tickets assigned by the Help Desk.
