Currently, we are seeking a **Team Manager IT Services - LATAM** (based in Mexico) to lead the implementation of point-of-sale systems and the company’s technology projects, as part of an exceptional human team. **Job Objective:** Our **Team Manager IT Services** will lead and strengthen our technological operations across the LATAM region. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, infrastructure stability, and the quality of IT support for the region—including distribution centers (CEDIS), offices, and stores. Your role is critical to maintaining services aligned with the company’s global standards while leading and developing the regional technical team. You will manage day-to-day IT services, serve as the primary escalation point, and act as the operational liaison between the local team and the global IT team in Spain, forming part of the company’s Global Leadership Team. This position is fundamental to business continuity and end-user satisfaction. **Requirements:** **Education and Experience** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in IT roles, preferably in the retail sector or in companies of similar scale. Prior experience managing IT teams and projects. * At least **2 years of experience supervising or leading technical teams**, ideally in multinational environments. * Proven experience managing IT services across multiple locations or countries. * **Solid knowledge of:** network infrastructure, corporate systems (Active Directory, Google Workspace, NetSuite or similar), vendor management, and ITIL concepts. * **Skills:** Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
