We are seeking a Scrum professional with experience in agile methodologies and management of technological projects, focused on ensuring the proper execution of system projects under established agile frameworks. Your primary objective will be to guarantee that projects are developed according to scope, time, cost, and quality standards, promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration among teams. Additionally, you will encourage the use of Design Thinking and user-centered UX/UI approaches to strengthen the experience in digital solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage **strategic projects from the General Management and business areas**. * Ensure effective coordination between **Product Owners and development teams**. * Facilitate agreements with business areas to ensure goal and deliverable compliance. * **Identify and manage technical or operational risks, issues, and impediments**. * Maintain constant communication with business users, Product Owners, and Systems Directors. * Conduct Scrum ceremonies: **Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective**. * Administer and track projects in **Jira**, ensuring traceability and visibility of progress. * Manage the **release and deployment process of project versions**. * Promote the use of **Design Thinking and UX/UI** as innovation tools. * Drive the **agile culture** and continuous improvement within the team. * Prioritize deliverables and manage the backlog together with the Product Owner. * Monitor and resolve issues in agile processes and tools. * Manage **Change Controls (CCs)** for version releases. * Implement strategies to **mitigate risks and impediments**. **Work Experience** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in **Administration, Systems, Computer Science, or related field**. * **Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)** highly desirable. * **3 to 5 years of experience** as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach in IT projects. * Proven experience in **implementing agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Desirable experience in **telecommunications or technology companies**. * Participation in projects with focus on **UX/UI and Design Thinking**. * IT project management and use of tools: **Jira, Confluence, Trello**. * Principles of **Design Thinking** and user-centered methodologies. * General knowledge of **IT infrastructure, servers, cloud, and enterprise applications**. * Proficiency with design tools: **Figma, Miro, Adobe XD (desirable)**. * Proficiency with **Office 365 or Google Workspace**, including report and executive dashboard creation. * Fundamentals of **UX/UI, usability, and user experience**. **Competencies** * Collaborative leadership and effective communication. * Ability to facilitate multidisciplinary teams. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Critical thinking and results orientation. * Strategic vision with focus on **innovation and continuous improvement**. **Desirable Certifications** * **Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or II)** * **Design Thinking Practitioner** * **Agile Coach / Kanban Management Professional (KMP)** * **ITIL Foundation or SAFe Agilist** Job type: Permanent position Salary: $25,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
