We are seeking a **Salesforce Architect** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of Salesforce solutions and ensuring they align with business goals. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable systems. **Responsibilities** * Define and drive the technical vision for Salesforce implementations, leading teams in integrating with external systems and maintaining data quality * Guide developers and technical staff in building scalable, high\-performing solutions * Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to understand requirements and align IT strategy with organizational objectives * Educate technology teams on new frameworks, tools, and best practices to support business needs * Analyze emerging trends in technology architecture and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement * Manage and assess technological risks, working with stakeholders to make informed decisions * Oversee ongoing technical activities and translate design concepts into operational IT solutions * Ensure the continuous delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations, including maintenance and refactoring **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline * Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technology roles * Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator roles * At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more people * Participation in at least 5 full\-cycle projects or experience launching a product or major product capability to market * Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, with a thorough understanding of its strengths and constraints * Experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders * Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver technical projects, ideally in telecommunications or similar industries * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills to address platform challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions * Ability to remain composed and proactive under pressure, with a positive and resilient attitude * Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level or above **Nice to have** * Experience with additional Salesforce products or industry\-specific solutions * Certification in Salesforce Architecture or related domains * Background in agile methodologies and project management tools
