




**Job Description** **SALES MANAGER** **OBJECTIVE** * Lead, supervise and optimize point of sale operations, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, customer satisfaction and business profitability through efficient management of staff, resources and processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in personnel management. * Minimum of 1 year experience in similar positions. * Age between 27 and 35 years old. * Knowledge of **sales indicators** * Knowledge of **point of sale systems** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for accurately achieving sales targets for all products handled by the company. * Responsible for coordinating and supervising sales activities. * Resolve customer complaints. * Report damages, malfunctions or furniture needs to the supervisor. * Responsible for making daily bank deposits of cash sales from the point of sale. * Complete Cash Count Sheets daily. * Send required reports requested by corporate departments to the assigned official WhatsApp Operations Group. * Submit weekly orders to the warehouse every Monday before 12:00 PM. * Visit the warehouse weekly to collect the branch's order and deliver physical Cash Count Sheets. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of **8,500.00**. * Bi-weekly payments. * 1.5% commission upon reaching target. * Uncapped commissions. * Paid training. * Immediate hiring. * We do not offer benefits, only Christmas bonus and vacation time. **SCHEDULE \- ROTATING SHIFTS** * MONDAY TO SUNDAY FROM 10 AM TO 6 PM OR FROM 1 PM TO 9 PM * 1 DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK. **CONTACT VIA WHATSAPP 55 62 52 02 06** Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,500.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount Work location: On-site
