We are looking for talented individuals for the position of: **"CALL CENTER SALES COORDINATOR EXPERIENCED IN CALL CENTER"** **Position Objective:** Drive sales growth by ensuring the achievement of commercial targets through effective management of sales executives, daily monitoring of results, and implementation of strategies that maximize lead conversion into active customers. **Profile:** **Education:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (completed or incomplete) in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field. **Experience:** · Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales coordinator or sales supervisor in a call center · Proven experience leading sales teams, implementing strategies, and supervising performance indicators. · Knowledge of sales techniques and telephone customer service. · Proficient in CRM systems, call center tools and software, sales techniques, customer portfolio management, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Ensure timely execution of sales executives' work plans. · Supervise the proper dissemination of promotional activities and advertising campaigns. · Manage customer leads for follow-up by sales executives. · Promptly respond to customer emails, contributing to service quality. · Supervise and support sales executives in achieving goals set by management. · Monitor sales objectives and strategies, identify training, updating, or reinforcement needs, including coaching for closing sales. · Regularly report on sales metrics status. · Notify each sales executive of their individual performance. · Supervise accurate recording of generated sales in the system. **Main Responsibilities:** **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Coaching and leadership techniques. * Intermediate-to-advanced Office skills (especially Excel). **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Conflict resolution * Results orientation * Negotiation * Strategic thinking * Service mindset Planning and organization.
