About the Role As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for: * Contacting inbound business\-owner leads * Qualifying prospects on short calls (10–15 minutes) * Booking only qualified appointments * Managing follow\-ups via phone, SMS, and email * Maintaining accurate CRM records * Maximising appointment show rates You are the first point of contact for our clients. Your work directly impacts their revenue and success.
