




Join our MAC team! Academic level: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering Related majors: Chemical Bacteriologist Parasitologist, Pharmaceutical Chemist, Clinical Chemist, Clinical Biochemist. Main responsibilities: * Perform and supervise the sample collection process (phlebotomy), ensuring proper patient preparation and sample integrity until processing. * Operate and maintain automated, semi-automated, and manual equipment in optimal conditions, performing calibrations, preventive maintenance, and internal and external quality controls. * Validate, interpret, and release laboratory results promptly, clinically correlating them and reporting critical values to the corresponding medical staff. * Manage the hospital and laboratory computer systems for test registration, tracking, and control. * Actively participate in the Quality Management System, complying with logs, forms, and established procedures. * Supervise and coordinate laboratory technical staff activities, ensuring effective communication and correct execution of processes. * Control the proper use of reagents, materials, and supplies by conducting inventories and reporting needs to the direct supervisor. * Provide technical and clinical advice regarding laboratory test selection and interpretation. * Support the evaluation and monitoring of external or subcontracted laboratories, verifying service quality and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. * Participate in laboratory training and continuous improvement programs. Schedule 1:30 pm to 9 pm Working days Shift B: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday, and one Saturday every two weeks.
