Lead root cause analysis and preventive action plans. **Quality Manager – Textile Industry (Multi-style)** We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across all production processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer audits, and requirements. **Responsibilities** Lead the Quality Management System in: weaving, closing, turning, dyeing, molding, and finishing. Raw material, grey fabric, color, and finished goods warehouses. Ensure compliance with commercial and production technical specifications. Coordinate and conduct: product development audits. Technical specification approval audits. Periodic replenishment order audits (3, 6, and 12 months). Supervise release of in-process and finished products. Manage the quality team (auditors and inspectors) across three shifts. Analyze quality indicators, rejections, reworks, and deviations. Lead root cause analysis and preventive action plans. Serve as the primary contact for customers and licensees on quality matters. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
