Our client is a leading company in its industry, dedicated to providing products for the banking and government sectors nationwide, and is currently seeking a **Quality Manager** to ensure quality in materials and processes—from material release through to delivery to the customer. If you have a good level of English, reside in Tequisquiapan, San Juan del Río, or nearby areas, and have previously served as a Quality Manager in manufacturing companies, apply—we are looking for you. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or related field — Degree holder * 5 to 8 years’ experience in Quality Manager roles within companies implementing continuous improvement processes. * Solid knowledge of quality assurance, risk analysis, interpretation of standards and quality management systems or current regulations. * Experience managing personnel and implementing controls to guarantee quality, as well as product traceability from warehouse receipt through to customer delivery. * Ensure reliability of CQM laboratory test results. * English — Intermediate-Advanced **We offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $1.00 per month Relocation/moving: * Tequisquiapan, Qro.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan to relocate prior to starting work (Mandatory) Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Quality Manager: 5 years (Mandatory) Language: * Intermediate English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
