We are looking for a **Quality Control Manager** with experience in plastic injection and blow molding, focused on ensuring quality throughout the entire production process—from raw materials and manufacturing to final presentation and product delivery to the customer. This position is critical to guaranteeing that products (containers, utensils, storage items, or other consumer goods) meet quality, functionality, appearance, and customer specification standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect and control quality at all stages of the production process: raw materials, injection and blow molding processes, assembly, and finished product. * Ensure compliance with customer specifications, especially regarding visual, dimensional, and functional aspects. * Verify packaging conditions, labeling, handling, and product storage. * Authorize release of finished products and shipments. * Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * **Supervise and lead the quality inspection team.** * Maintain and improve quality procedures and standards. * Support internal audits and customer requirements. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Process Engineering, or related degree. * Demonstrable experience in plastic injection and/or blow molding. * Knowledge of visual, dimensional, and functional quality criteria. * Experience in process inspection and product release. * Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO or other applicable standards). **We Offer:** * Salary: $20–25 monthly. * Job stability. * Professional development opportunities.
