




Job Description and Responsibilities * Update quality documents such as FMEAs, DHFs, and DMR documents to support the creation of new manufacturing processes. * Develop and execute Measurement Technique validations and/or coordinate support to complete them. * Perform all other duties arising naturally from operational requirements and/or assigned or requested by the immediate supervisor. * Organize internal project follow-up meetings within the Quality Department. * Train personnel. * Create and release manufacturing documents (DHR, SOP, MT, TM, QIC) through the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process. * Plan and conduct Design Review meetings related to Test Methods and/or quality documentation. * Ensure compliance with the Quality System for Design Control and Process Transfer (Design Control SP-331 and Process Design Transfer SP-445). * Fully manage and coordinate Quality’s participation and activities in related projects. * Validate supplier parts and ensure proper documentation of supply and receipt processes for FPH. * Fully manage and coordinate Quality’s participation and activities in related projects. * Participate in the development of new suppliers, and supervise, coordinate, and implement design changes for supplied and/or purchased parts. * May organize and track activities to be carried out between themselves and other Quality Engineers. * Make decisions and participate in defining strategies to complete internal or transfer projects. * Train, coordinate, and serve as mentor to other engineers in the same role; recognized as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all other departments. Experience and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or equivalent experience. * Advanced written and conversational English. * Advanced computer skills, blueprint reading, and specification interpretation. * Knowledge of QSR (21 CFR Part 820), ISO-13485, and NOM-241. * Advanced knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI). * Advanced knowledge of root cause investigation tools. * Work Experience: 3–5 years in a similar position.
