Our energetic team supports enterprise IT, Field IT, security and GRC platforms, contact center technologies, and multiple line of business IT and product teams. This PM needs to be fluent with Jira and SDLC concepts and able to work independently on complex technologies. Attention to detail, quick communication, and excellent calendar management are a must, along with strong documentation and written skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Lead enterprise IT projects and workstreams with a team of business analysts, architects, data engineers, QA, and business stakeholders through each phase of the SDLC * Guide definition of scope and project plans, identify resources needed to successfully execute deliverables, monitor project finances, and escalate risks * Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills to leadership audiences, with the ability to simplify highly technical or complex problems into a logical presentation format * Communicate with quick response times and excellent calendar management * Engage and proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status, milestones, achievements, key decisions, risks/issues, dependencies and operational planning considerations **Job Qualifications** * 5\+ years of experience managing project launches with a proven history of delivering on time and within budget * Strong leadership experience with diverse and outspoken stakeholders * Experience leading program delivery with Scrum/Agile framework and continuous process improvement * Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Detail\-oriented with strong program management competencies * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills **Preferred** * Experience with SmartSheets, Azure, Snowflake, and Confluence * Experience with marketing and analytics \#LI\-Remote \#PM \#ITPM \#Infra
