




Job Summary: Responsible for managing employee onboarding, salary adjustments, and offboarding in payroll and IMSS systems, ensuring accurate payments and monitoring assigned personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll and related clarifications. 2. Handles payroll, IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot systems. 3. Supports turnover and absenteeism indicators. Perform employee onboarding, salary adjustments, and offboarding in the Payroll and IMSS systems. · Ensure accurate payment to each employee. · Monitor assigned personnel within each work team. · Update Infonavit deductions per employee. · Comply with Human Factor’s safety and hygiene guidelines. · Support the generation of turnover, absenteeism, and overtime indicators. · Apply applicable processes and instructions related to job functions, and generate and maintain required documented information. · Keep the work area clean and organized. · Update data in APSI. · Validate and review SUA. · Some responsibilities are defined in this document; however, responsibilities outlined in the Quality Management System processes must also be fulfilled. · Any additional responsibilities deemed necessary by the immediate supervisor. · Execute payroll processing and related clarifications.
