Technical advisory on material suitability and failure diagnosis JOB OBJECTIVE Conduct characterization and evaluation of packaging materials for the development and innovation of new projects. Ensure compliance with functionality and quality requirements of materials on the production line during product launch. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ✓ Perform all activities in accordance with applicable job guidelines to ensure Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Social Responsibility, Health, and Safety, thereby guaranteeing compliance with company certifications. ✓ Meet the indicators and objectives assigned by your immediate supervisor. ✓ Meet the objectives, career plans, and training plans assigned by your immediate supervisor. ✓ Prepare reports of results as requested by your immediate supervisor. ✓ Comply with current company policies, regulations, and codes of conduct. ✓ Comply with organizational policies, guidelines, and management systems as established in our internal documentation system to guarantee quality standards. ✓ Characterize new packaging materials according to their physical, chemical, mechanical, and functional properties. ✓ Conduct functional analysis testing for packaging materials in accordance with current procedures and based on the type of material being evaluated. ✓ Manage data entry into the digital technical information system: material specifications, reports, and/or material structures. Retention period: While the employee remains active Responsible for retention: Human Capital FRRH04 \| View Specification Sheet \| Rev. 11 ✓ Ensure that all materials for new product launches have their respective technical specifications uploaded to the Masterweb system on time and correctly. ✓ Develop protocols, execute in-line tests, and prepare reports during implementation of new materials. ✓ Generate stacking configurations for new finished-product presentations, as well as maintain current configurations (including modifications). ✓ Provide timely responses to customers regarding technical inquiries about materials. ✓ Identify opportunities for improvement related to existing and/or new materials and propose them to your immediate supervisor. ✓ Provide technical advisory on material suitability in accordance with project requirements. ✓ Diagnose material failures and investigate probable causes. ✓ Identify and properly store evaluated materials in the designated area, always maintaining cleanliness and order in the area. ✓ Maintain a culture of continuous learning regarding new standards/guidelines for material evaluation.
