





**We are looking for an Operational Restaurant Manager** Do you have experience managing high-end restaurant operations and are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences? This opportunity is for you. **Position:** Operational Restaurant Manager **Location:** Cuernavaca, Morelos (relocation support provided) **Salary:** $25,000 monthly \+ performance-based bonus scheme **Status:** 120-seat restaurant currently under renovation and preparing for reopening **Job Objective** Lead the full operation of the restaurant during its reopening and consolidation phase, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and solid operational processes. **Main Responsibilities** · Supervise all areas: kitchen, bar, dining room, cashier, and inventory. · Lead the reopening process, adjusting operations during the initial weeks. · Recruit, train, and develop the team (25\-30 people). · Implement operational standards and service protocols. · Design ongoing training programs in service and hospitality. · Manage costs, budgets, inventory, and waste control. · Perform financial analysis and propose improvements. · Coordinate with general management on marketing and promotions. · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Hospitality or related field (postgraduate degree desirable). · 7 to 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in: openings/reopenings, high-volume restaurants, chains, or fine dining. · Experience leading teams of more than 30 people. · Knowledge of cost control (food \& beverage), POS/ERP systems, and regulatory standards. · Advanced English required. · Full-time availability and residence in Morelos (relocation assistance provided for out-of-state candidates).
